Mr.S.Muthu joined Evidence as a Human Rights Researcher in 2010 after completing his Masters Degree in Social Work. Muthu is in charge of monitoring the human rights violations meted out against people from marginalized communities. He is also engaged in our legal interventions on atrocity cases. He prepares complaints and does fact-findings and follow-ups.
